Kimchi Butter recipe
453 grams / 1 pound room temperature butter
225 grams / 1 cup blended kimchi
5 grams / 1 tsp sugar
10 grams / 1 Tbsp salt
Blend kimchi to a smooth paste.
Whip butter until creamy/ fluffy and then fold in kimchi, sugar and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute. Store cold to keep or keep at room temperature for easy spreadability.
