….Kimchi Making Class and Lunch with KREAM Kimchi (Saturday, March 16th - 9am to 5pm)

If you've ever wanted to learn to make kimchi, this is your chance! I am teaching a class on making kimchi, making our Korean BBQ marinade, and making a Korean side dish (Banchan). The class will go from 9am to 5pm on Saturdy, March 16th at 1785 Quebec Street Denver, CO 80220 (former Johnson and Wales campus). 

You will get:

• Lunch (Korean BBQ, rice, kimchi, and banchan - vegetarian/vegan options, too)
• 3 or 4 Jars of Kimchi to take home 
• Hands on lesson on making kimchi, banchan, and Korean BBQ marinade
• Conversation about Korean cooking and culture

What you will need to bring: 

• An apron (optional)
• A cutting board (required)
• A knife to chop cabbage & vegetables (required)
• An appetite!

I will try to bring some of these items for anyone who forgets, but I don't have enough for everyone.
