...Pre-order Korean BBQ marinated grass fed short ribs (Kalbi) for pickup at Tom's Seafood pop-up 3/18

If you've ever been to a Korean BBQ restaurant, you've likely had kalbi which is flanken short ribs. For our pop-up at Tom's Seafood on Saturday, March 18th, we wanted to offer something special. We are offering Korean bbq marinated short ribs by the pound and ready to be grilled for your next meal! Short ribs are a Certified Angus Beef, upper choice or prime, with outstanding flavor and marbling. Grass fed, grain finished. And Colorado grown. Marinade with my mom's marinade recipe made with tamari so that it's gluten free, fuji apple, garlic, green onion, and sesame oil. Grill this ribs with rice and kimchi or other banchan for a killer Korean meal. Grill the ribs, cut them off the bone, and put them in tacos with cotija cheese, kimchi, and salsa! You will love these ribs. 

Limited quantities available. Pre-order will help us know how much to order. Ribs will be marinated the night before and these can be grilled as soon as you take them home or frozen to be enjoyed at another time. 

Cost is $21 a pound. Ribs are grass fed and local!
